Both HIV tests require a simple blood sample. No swabs and no urine samples are necessary. The entire process should only take a few minutes of your time.

How should I prepare?

There is nothing you need to do to prepare for our HIV tests apart from ordering your test and visiting a Chicago HIV testing center. Our testing centers collect specimens from a broad array of patients so you don't have to worry about anyone knowing the reason for your visit.

How will I receive my results?

In less than three days you will receive a confidential email. The email describes how to log into your test results on our secure website.

What do I do after I receive the results?

What you do with your results is completely up to you. You can share them with your partner, or doctor, or you can delete them - it's your call. If your test results are positive, our Chicago HIV testing centers will provide you with a free doctor consultation to discuss your options.
